Double eyelids surgery method for male is different with female. male patients prefer 'Natural' double eyelid shape rather than 'Defined' double eyelid shape.
Thus, inner double eyelid would be preferred for male patients. Inner double eyelid make natural defined eyes. 

Also it is possible to wide eyes through medial epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty.
Patients need to have consultation and discuss with plastic surgeon before having surgery.
