MULTIPLE EYE CREASES Multiple eye creases is caused by lack of fat on upper eyelid. The eye creases makes people's appearance as 'older' and 'tired' looking. That issue would be corrected by double eyelid surgery with fat grafting on upper eyelid. 02. THICK DOUBLE EYELID Thick double eyelid would be corrected by incisional double eyelid revision with ptosis correction. Resects existed eye creases area to remove and make a new eye creases, and make defined eyes through ptosis correction. 03. UNEVEN DOUBLE EYELID Uneven eye creases is made by wrong design and procedure. The issue would be corrected by re-design for eye creases through non-incisional or incisional method. 04. Today's Topic - Scarring after Incision double eyelids surgery Many patient worry about scarring when they are considering about incision method.  And scarring is not much worse than what patient worry, here is the case;  * Before (Too thick double eyelids) * After (Incisional double eyelids surgery with Ptosis correction) The patient did not satisfied with result after primary double eyelids surgery. Question -    I have much fat on upper eyelids, Can you remove it through double eyelids surgery? Answer -  You do not need to remove the fat on upper eyelids. Because, the fat would decline with advancing years. Also the reason, patients want to remove the fat is that eyelids are not defined with too much thin eyelid thickness; Shown below picture (Before)   * Before (Droopy eyelids & puffy upper eyelids) The patient had underwent double eyelids surgery and lateral canthoplasty in other clinic. As times go by, her eyelids had started droopy and it caused droopy eyelids.
