Topic - Parallel double eyelid and Epicanthoplasty The aim for Epicanthoplasty is to remove Mongolian fold  and make longer eyes. Today's topic -  Medial Epicanthoplasty Revision The case of revision is th at  overexposed  lacrimal lake and asymmetrical medial commissure after medial epicanthoplasty.  Patient want to correct those problem through the revision, and Dr.Song operate revision; use extra skin to cover  overexposed  lacrimal lake and reshape of medial commissure to make similar. Today's Topic - Recovery of Lateral Canthoplasty These days, many patient choose both double eyelids surgery and epicanthoplasty to get much defined and bigger eyes appearance.  The patient (above picture) underwent  Lateral canthoplasty with double eyelids surgery. It is required to take minimum 6 months get new eyes (eyelid) shape. Within the period, surgical area would be occurred temporary symptoms such as swelling, bruising, edma and etc. Although the patient has been taken 2 months which means during recovery period, her eyes gets much bigger and defined than before. Today's Topic - Double eyelids surgery for Male * Before * After Double eyelids surgery method for male is different with female. male patients prefer 'Natural' double eyelid shape rather than 'Defined' double eyelid shape. Thus, inner double eyelid would be preferred for male patients. Inner double eyelid make natural defined eyes.  Also it is possible to wide eyes through medial epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty. Patients need to have consultation and discuss with plastic surgeon before having surgery. 

Today's Topic - What is the Medial Epicanthoplasty? Medial Epicanthoplasty is a procedure to remove (or minimize) the epicanthal fold (or Mongolian fold). Most patients undergoing the procedure with double eyelids surgery to make harmonious eyelids with rest of the facial features. However, the procedure requires making incisions methods on the face. And it has risk of scarring after operation. Thus, patient has to undergo the operation with skilled surgeon. The below pictures are recovery process of Medial Epicanthoplasty; * Before * After 2 days * After stitch out (5 days) * After 1 week After Medial Epicanthoplasty, some temporary symptoms would be occurred such as redness, bleeding. But, those symptoms would be disappeared as times go by. And it is possible to do make-up (include eye make up as well) after stitch out.

Girin Plastic Surgery - Facial contouring (New V-Line) 3D CT Before and After Video   The new V-Line is the most advanced V-Line surgery. Since it is possible to correct both square jaw and chin at once without T-osteotomy and fixation for creating V-Line without further surgery on the chin tip. The existing square jaw reduction surgery could not make any dramatic result on a front face so a patient has to have a chin surgery (T-shape osteotomy) to get a V-Line. However, Girin Jaw Reduction can create the same effect as a chin surgery and moreover, it does not require of any screws, in turn reducing a tissue damage and improving a recovery period. Thus, there would be no screws shown in X-ray as well. Unless T-shape osteotomy is necessary, long curve osteotomy is the most efficient.
