Topic - Does 'Pointed chin' really looks like pretty? The answer would both 'Yes' and 'No'. Because, each patient has different anatomy and preference, which means 'Pointed chin' dose not match with some patients by anatomy and preference. The patient which shown above picture had New V-Line and Zygoma reduction. As it shown, she still have mandibular angle even after surgery. Today's topic -  Medial Epicanthoplasty Revision The case of revision is th at  overexposed  lacrimal lake and asymmetrical medial commissure after medial epicanthoplasty.  Patient want to correct those problem through the revision, and Dr.Song operate revision; use extra skin to cover  overexposed  lacrimal lake and reshape of medial commissure to make similar.
