Topic - Acculift with Facial contouring Generally, It is recommended to get facial contouring with acculift. Because, the risk of skin sagging may occurred after bone surgery.  The picture which shown above is that a patient who had both facial contouring and acculift. As shown, there is no skin sagging. Sub Brow Lift - Girin Plastic Surgery As people get old, upper eyelid skin start to loose elastic and it is caused skin hooding. The issue causes hiding double eyelid and decreases of eyesight. Acculift is non-incisional procedure which removes excess fat and sagging skin is tightened by Accu-sculpt laser. Generally, the ideal Acculift area is Double chin, Jowl, and Nasolabial fold. Topic - Double chin after facial contouring Why double chin symptom is happened after facial contouring? There is two cases (Jaw reduction & Zygoma reduction) to compare the result. Both of patients underwent same procedures; Jaw reduction and Zygoma reduction. However as shown above two pictures, result is different.  The reason is that each of patient has different body condition. Patient, in CASE 1 has thin skin and no much fat on face.  On the other hands, CASE 2 patient has thick skin and fatty face.  CASE 1 patient even did not undergo face life procedure, she just underwent facial contouring only. Although CASE 2 patient underwent face lift before having facial contouring, the reason patient still feel double chin is she had much more fat and soft tissue on her face. Today's Topic - AccuLift & Accu-Sculpt The AccuLift is a non-surgical procedure which Accu-Sculpt laser liquefy fat in the lower face and neck (double chin) while tightening skin and tissue to smooth out lower face lines and wrinkles. After the procedure, patient would get much younger appearance.  S urgery period is less than 60 min and required short recovery period rather than other lift procedures.

Today's Topic - Revision Facial Contouring The 3DCT photo is shown revision facial contouring. The patient had underwent T-Osteotomy in other clinic and suffered from secondary angle.  During consultation, the patient asked to Dr.Lee to correct secondary angle (Red dot point on left pic) and remove microplate screw on chin (Red circle on left pic).  Dr.Lee corrected these issues through New V-Line with Long Curve Osteotomy, and the patient satisfied with the result after operation.

Since it is possible to correct both square jaw and chin at once without T-osteotomy and fixation for creating V-Line without further surgery on the chin tip. The existing square jaw reduction surgery could not make any dramatic result on a front face so a patient has to have a chin surgery (T-shape osteotomy) to get a V-Line. However, Girin Jaw Reduction can create the same effect as a chin surgery and moreover, it does not require of any screws, in turn reducing a tissue damage and improving a recovery period. Thus, there would be no screws shown in X-ray as well. Unless T-shape osteotomy is necessary, long curve osteotomy is the most efficient.

Question - Should I have to choose Incisional double eyelids surgery for revision? Answer - No, you do not need to choose incision method. Although you underwent incision double eyelids surgery before, there is no reason you choose same method again. If patient has any problem with eyes function, saggy skin, scar, a lot of soft tissue on upper eyelids and etc, then it is needed incision method. However, If you do not have any problem such as mentioned above, general revision cases could be corrected by Non-Incision method.
