The patient got New V-Line and 3D Zygoma Reduction to reduce wide face. She had wide mandible (jaw & chin), 
and many fat and soft tissue on jowl. 
Dr.Lee reduce mandible through New V-Line and 3D Zygoma Reduction, and fat through AccuLift. 
She also had recede chin, so Dr.Lee recommended chin augmentation with silicone implants to make better appearance and balanced facial shape.
