There are 2 procedures for zygoma reduction; 3D Zygoma Reduction and Safe Quick Zygoma Reduction. If patient want to whole zygoma reduction, 3D Zygoma Reduction is suitable. 
* Zygoma bone which is cut during procedure 

The procedure of 3D Zygoma Reduction is that cut the body zygoma is cut in a L shape and remove bone which is cut, and move inward to reduce zygoma.
After reduction, microplate screw is fixed on anterior cheekbone.


* Before and After 3DCT

Not only 3D Zygoma Reduction is an answer to reduce zygoma but also other zygoma reduction are existed,  Patient need to discuss with doctor for proper procedure.
