Microplate screw fixation cannot prevent skin sagging.
Skin sagging is caused by various reason such as zygoma nonunion, excessive zygoma or soft tissue dissection, lack of skin elastic and etc.

Why we do not need to fix screw on lateral zygoma?
First, we do not make separate zygoma body with soft tissue. That mean is there is no damage on lateral soft tissue include skin, so recovery is fast and reduce zygoma bone nonunion.
Second, we choose osteotomy method as L-shape. L-shape oesteotomy prevents bone sagging.

There is no reason to fix extra screw bootlessly.
