The patient underwent New V-Line with Genioplasty revision in Girin Plastic Surgery clinic. First time when she had jaw reduction surgery in other clinic, she wanted to reduce her long chin and wide jaw line. But, there is no change afterward and she still had got problem with long chin.

Even mandible had not been cut very clearly in first procedure, so secondary angle had been occurred. Mean time, she was under suffer with her appearance.

After she decide to get revision, she discussed with Dr.Lee about procedure
Dr.Lee recommend New V-Line to correct secondary angle and genioplasty to reduce her long chin. After procedure, she happy with the result and her appearance much improved. 
* Post-operative 6 months
Patient need to discuss with doctor in person not only facial contouring revision, but also eyeplasty and rhinoplasty. Procedure would be different depending on what patient want to correct.
