Lower Eyelid bag Fat Repositioning (Transconjunctival Lower Blepharoplasty) process
STEP1. Resection
The Transconjunctival approach to lower blepharoplasty involves an incision made on the conjnctival surface.
STEP2 Repositioning
Before repositioning obital fat, surgeon dissects between Infraorbital rim and periosteotomy. After dissection, fat would be relocated to the sub or supra periosteral planes.
STEP3 Suture
After repositioning, suture an incision area
STEP4. After Recovery
Patient could expect the final result after 6 month. Also patient who want to get revision also need to wait for 6 month.
