Girin Plastic Surgery - What is the Lateral Epianthoplasty?

Lateral epicanthoplasty, the procedure focuses on the outer corner of the eye, reshaping lateral epicanthus.
The surgery could lengthen both the length and height of the eyes to create beautiful eye line shape.

Here is the recovery process;

1. Before - Before the lateral epicanthoplasty
2. Post operative 5 days - Stitches are removed in 5 days and 7 days. Chemosis would be occurred after surgery, but it will be gone during recovery period.
3. Post operative 8 days - After removal stitch, patient needs to put antibiotic cream around surgical area. During this period, patient could feel tickling sensation and uncomfortable when open & close eyes. But this symptom is not side-effect or infection, this is natural recovery process after surgery.
4. Post operative 2 months - There is no scar, side-effect, and infection. Compare with 'Before' picture, the eye gets bigger and wider than before.
