Medial epicanthoplasty, the procedure focuses on the inner corner of the eye, removing the excess fold to reveal the medial portion of the eyes. Also it is designed to make the eye appear larger for better appearance.
Lateral epicanthoplasty, the procedure focuses on the outer corner of the eye, reshaping lateral epicanthus.
The surgery could lengthen both the length and height of the eyes to create beautiful eye line shape.
