 The patient case is that wide jaw and chin reduction through New V-Line and lateral zygoma reduction(7mm) through 3D Zygoma Reduction. 

The reason why Girin Plastic Surgery is known for the facial contouring surgery is its New V-Line technique. The new V-Line is the most advanced V-Line surgery. Since it is possible to correct both square jaw and chin at once without T-osteotomy and fixation for creating V-Line without further surgery on the chin tip.

With full L-shape osteotomy on anterior zygoma.
