 The patient case is that wide jaw and chin reduction through New V-Line and lateral zygoma reduction(7mm) through 3D Zygoma Reduction.

Since it is possible to correct both square jaw and chin at once without T-osteotomy and fixation for creating V-Line without further surgery on the chin tip.

With full L-shape osteotomy on anterior zygoma.
It reduces the volume of whole zygoma. Since the lower part of the zygoma supports the zygoma body, it prevents the undesired displacement of the zygoma body (Fixation after full osteotomy)

The existing square jaw reduction surgery could not make any dramatic result on a front face so the patient had to have chin surgery (T-shape osteotomy) to get a V-Line. However, GIRIN Jaw Reduction can create the same effect as a chin surgery and moreover, it does not require any screws, in turn reducing tissue damage and shortening the  recovery period.Thus, there would be no screws shown in the x-ray.
