 The patient had T-shape osteotomy before in other clinic and after surgery, it was shown secondary angle. 

To get soft jaw and chin shape, we did Long Curve Osteotectomy, removing microplate from chin and chin augmentation for revision.
After the surgery procedure, the patient was happy with the result.
