Girin Plastic Surgery Clinic Review Surgery -   New V-Line & Zygoma Reduction & Paranasal Augmentation The patient had  prominent cheekbone and wide mandible. She want to make narrow and has smooth facial shape.  After discuss with Dr.Lee, she decided to get surgery; New V-Line and Zygoma reduction. * Post-operative 1 day As shown above picture, swelling is not much worse right after procedure.
