Surgery - New V-Line, 3D Zygoma Reduction
New V-Line procedure is that cutting off the entire part from the angular part under the ear to the chin tip at once.
3D Zygoma Reduction (Whole prominent zygoma) With full L-shape osteotomy on anterior zygoma.
It reduces the volume of whole zygoma. Since the lower part of the zygoma supports the zygoma body, it prevents the undesired displacement of the zygoma body (Fixation after full osteotomy)
