Girin's facial contouring surgery way is to use 45 degree rounding osteotomy, not to use normal osteotomy. It minimizes swelling after surgery and maximizes results of surgery.
Girin New v-line removes the facial bone from the angular part below the ear to the chin tip in one piece. So it creates a sharp V-Line, equivalent with T-osteotomy and since it does not use any fixture, there is a less burden.
