The new V-Line is the most advanced V-Line surgery. Since it is possible to correct both square jaw and chin at once without T-osteotomy and fixation for creating V-Line without further surgery on the chin tip.

The existing square jaw reduction surgery could not make any dramatic result on a front face so a patient has to have a chin surgery (T-shape osteotomy) to get a V-Line. However, Girin Jaw Reduction can create the same effect as a chin surgery and moreover, it does not require of any screws, in turn reducing a tissue damage and improving a recovery period.
Thus, there would be no screws shown in X-ray as well. Unless T-shape osteotomy is necessary, long curve osteotomy is the most efficient.
