Most of patients ask about skin sagging when they are considering facial contouring and the reason of skin sagging is so various depending on procedure.

Generally, patient said that they need to get Jaw reduction with T-osteotomy to correct chin tip. But this information is half correct and half wrong.

T-osteotomy is suitable for patients who have long, uneven, and recede chin. Other does not need to choose T-osteotomy.
